Our consultations are carefully designed to help us understand your personality, your vision or theme, as well as your style preferences. It is an initial meeting. As we go along in the process, we will get to understand your personality and style profile better to ensure we bring your vision to reality.
To maintain the quality and integrity of every session, we kindly ask clients to note the following terms:
Consultations are strictly by appointment.
A session is only confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee. Once confirmed, your appointment details will be sent via email.
This consultation is personal to you, thus, if you would be attending with any other person, kindly let us know in advance, as we would love to focus on you, our client, without any interference or distractions.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
You may reschedule only once, and the new appointment must fall within 48 hours of the original time.
For example: if your appointment is for Wednesday 2pm, kindly notify us by the previous day (Tuesday 2pm) of the need to reschedule. And your rescheduling must fall between Wednesday to Friday of the same week as the initial booking.
Missed this window? A new booking and payment will be required.
Punctuality preserves the quality of our time together.
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show.
No-shows forfeit the booking fee and must rebook to secure another session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation are non-refundable.
We are unable to offer credit or reschedule options beyond this notice period.
Virtual consultations are treated with the same care.
Please ensure a quiet, well-lit environment and a stable internet connection.
We understand that life can be unpredictable.
Should an emergency arise, please contact us promptly. Discretionary flexibility may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
